TRAINING
PRESENTATION
Altras aims to create a training department. Indeed, we wish to make available to our clients and service providers the quality and rigour of the training already in place for our internal agents. Not only do we want to offer these products externally, but we also want to apply these training courses for our own agents. At the same time, we take advantage of the "transferable skills" linked to the various training courses that our employees have acquired externally.
Several customer categories are possible:
- Nightclubs
- Bars/restaurants
- Retail shops (Coop, Migros, etc.)
- Watchmaking industries
- All industries handling valuable objects and/or goods
- Cultural environment (museums, schools, etc.)
- « Small » security companies
- etc.
- Cugy sports hall with theory room
- Rental of a seminar room for theoretical training
- Partnership with various partners.
PRODUCTS
Of course, the product list will have to be discussed in our working sessions, but here are the beginnings:
- Swiss francophone concordat romand on security business:
- Concordatory training
- Basic theoretical training (20 hours)
- BLS/AED training
- Awareness of evacuation/containment
- Awareness of armed attacks
- Behaviour in the event of a disaster/theft
- Self defence course
- BT certification and refresher courses
- Intervention techniques
- Development of a theoretical security concept for large events
- Etc.
ORGANIZATION AND DEADLINES
In the first instance, I propose that we meet once a month at Altras Sécurité SA's offices in Le Flon or by videoconference afterwards. You will receive a Doodle to plan the first date, where we will then plan subsequent meetings.

- Think about what you can bring to the project
- Think about different sales products in relation to your skills
- Think about your financial expectations per hour (to be discussed privately with myself)
- Think about your network for obtaining different clients/suppliers/locations
- Bring all useful course materials in your possession.
STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES
This project can bear fruit, but we are clearly aware that many training companies offer similar elements. Our strength is the use of these different course materials in the field and the pragmatic approach that comes with it. Altras' existing network can also facilitate customer acquisition.
